Q2: How can we get samples from you?

A2: You need to pay sample and express costs but we will deduct the sample cost when you place a formal order. And you just need to pay the freight by below three ways.
1.Offering us the courier account

2.Arranging pick-up service
3.Paying the freight to us by bank transfer.

Q3: How about your delivery time?

A3: Normally it will take 60-90 days after receiving your deposit. If you have special requirement on delivery time, please let us know.

Q4: What's the payment terms?

A4: T/T.

Q5: How about the quality control?

A5: We have a relatively strict production control, every machine undergoes a weighing process. If either component is missing, then there will be a big difference in weight and an alarm will be triggered on the production line. And we will provide test report and test video before shipment.

Q6:What should we do if goods are received with some quality problems?                                                                                

A6: All the goods have been inspected during the assembling and packaging, the chance to get defective slide is very rare. If there are some quality problems, such as surface treatment problems, damage problems, please kindly take some photos and show to us, also please show us the carton image to locate the quality supervisor. After we verify the problem, we will give refund or resend the goods.
